Individual Therapy

Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, or through life changes, therapy can help. Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), therapy will focus on the present issues at hand, in conjunction with your whole being. Taking a mind, body, and spirit approach helps to conquer the mountains of life, and enjoy the views.
Sessions occur in 45 minute blocks, weekly or bi-weekly, on a secure, online network, from the privacy of your own home.

Psychoeducation Groups

Once per quarter (4x annually), psychoeducation groups connect you with like-minded individuals and process through life-long skills. These groups consist of 4-6 individuals for 6 weeks per group, meeting 1x a week. Groups are DBT based and focus on coping skills, body acceptance, boundaries, and eating disorders 101.
