We use Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to explore faulty thought processes, increase insight, apply healthy coping skills, and skill use for every day life.
Individuals are also encouraged to explore well rounded treatment outside of therapy. From dietitians to chiropractors, we work with some of the best to take care of the whole you.
We offer individual therapy, couples/family therapist, and group education groups for you to find the best fit for your needs.
The Process to Healing
We firmly believe in finding the right fit for your needs. Book a free 10-minute consultation call with Katie, to find the right therapeutic fit or receive recommendations.
If we are a good fit, we will get you set up for an initial evaluation and create a treatment plan. Afterward, we will discuss options for the type and frequency of treatment and other therapeutic recommendations.
Our client sees a therapist for 6-9 months on a weekly or biweekly basis before going on a follow up plan for the next year, as needed. Don’t worry, we will explain everything on our call and keep you informed every step of the way
